Q. Do you supply equipment and cleaning supplies?
Yes, we do. Every new contract has brand new equipment assigned to that site only. We use only the highest quality equipment and consumables and we guarantee to supply exactly what has been contracted. We also offer trials of different consumables such as handwashes, toilet paper, paper towels etc.
Q. How often will I see a representative of MG Services?
You will receive a visit from a Manager once a month. At this meeting, he or she will walk the site with you to assess quality, standards and discuss issues such as:
• Specification compliance
• Standards achieved
• Supervisor and staff courtesy
• Any additional requirements
Q. How is a quotation compiled?
Following a visit to your premises, the following factors are taken into consideration:
• Number of hours required to complete the work based on area, specification and frequency
• Pay rate necessary to attract the right calibre staff in the area
• The cost of equipment, materials, uniforms, training and overheads.
Q. Do you cover my area?
We cover the whole of Suffolk including the towns of Stowmarket, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Claydon, Needham Market, Woolpit, Sproughton, Nacton, Felixstowe, Great Blakenham.
Q. How will you manage my cleaning requirements?
On our initial visit to your premises we will establish the frequency and amount of cleaning you require for your premises.
Q. How can i be sure standards are maintained?
We make a once weekly supervisor visit to your premises whilst the cleaner is on site to ensure the correct cleaning procedures are being maintained and our high standards are kept.
Q. Are all your chemicals assessed under the COSHH regulations?
All materials that we use on your premises have been assessed under the COSHH regulations.
Q. Will you provide holiday cover when our cleaner takes annual leave?
Holiday cover will be undertaken either by another cleaner employed by MG Cleaning or one of our purposely trained mobile cleaners.
